Patients Share Their Stories at the 2010 California Biomedical Industry Report Launch Feb. 2 in Sacramento
Every day, California biomedical innovation touches the lives of patients around the world. At the 2010 California Biomedical Industry Report launch on Feb. 2 in Sacramento, two women will share their stories. Stanford graduate and lifelong nonsmoker Diana Lindsay will speak about her fight against lung cancer. Science teacher Cindy Block, mother of two and wife of Assemblymember Marty Block, will talk about how medical technology saved her baby girl’s life. To hear their stories, register now to attend the report launch event at The Citizen Hotel in Sacramento.

Released by California Healthcare Institute (CHI) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), the 2010 California Biomedical Industry Report offers insights from more than 100 executives in all sectors of the California biomedical industry focusing on its contribution to improved public health. We hope you can join legislators and CHI members in Sacramento as we reflect on 2009 and set a path for prosperity for the biomedical industry in 2010.
